Our Refund & Service Policy
- Consultation fee is not compulsory for every client.
- If consultation fee is required, Sheik Ma willclearly inform the client before any appointment or service begins.
- No fee will be charged without prior notice and agreement.
- Sheik Ma does not imporse hidden fees or extra charges
- Any additional service, fees or cost will only be discussed and applied only if Sheik ma and the Client mutually agree beforehand.
- Clients will always be informed before any paymentis requested.
- Clients are encouraged to notify Sheik Ma as early as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Reasonable efforts will be madeto accomodate rescheduling requests when possible.
- Our services are intended for parsonal guidance,spiritual support and emotional wellbeing
- Sheik M a does not provide medical, psychological . legal or financial advice
- Please seek qualified professionals for matters requiring professional expertise.
- Due to the time, preparation and parsonal attention involved in consultations, refunds are reviewed on case by case basis.
- Clients who believe they have been charged incorrectly may contact us directly for assistance and review.
